What we collect
When you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, phone number if you give one, what brings you here, and your message. That is the only personal information this website collects about you.
What we do with it
Your enquiry is delivered by email to our team so we can reply and, if you choose to move forward, set up your assessment. We do not sell your information, share it with data brokers, or add you to any mailing list you did not ask for.
Advertising measurement
This site uses Google advertising tags so we can tell whether our ads lead to real enquiries and calls. If you arrive from a Google ad, Google may set cookies and we may record that your enquiry came from an ad click. Calls to the number shown on this site may be routed through a Google forwarding number that records the call time and duration, not the conversation. What we keep, and your choices
Enquiry emails stay in our office mailbox as part of ordinary business records. If you would like the information from an enquiry corrected or deleted, call us at (831) 220-3113 or send a note through the contact form and we will take care of it.
Client information
Information you share with us as a client, financial records, tax documents, and everything that comes with the work, is governed by our engagement with you and by professional confidentiality obligations, not by this website policy. It is never used for advertising.
